The nose art was painted by Sgt George Blackwell on the right side of the nose with assistance from Cpl Joe Merenda, the squadron painter. This Mitchell medium bomber was assigned to crew chief TSgt Mike Juroshek on 22nd October 1944. It survived hostilities after flying numerous missions against targets at Saigon, Formosa, Davao and Clark Field.
